MySIMS App

Manage your health on the go with the MySIMS App. Our mobile platform provides a seamless experience for booking appointments, consulting with doctors, and managing your medical records.

Process Flow

  1. Download the My SIMS app.
  2. Sign up with your mobile number during the first time login.
  3. Tap on the Book / Video icon to open the list of doctors available for consultation.
  4. Choose the doctor and preferred mode of consultation: Video Call or Hospital Visit.
  5. Choose your preferred date and time.
  6. Verify your details. Edit details if booking for someone else.
  7. For Video Call, make the payment to confirm your appointment.
  8. For Hospital Visit, request will be marked as "Requested" and then "Confirmed" if available.
  9. View your appointment on the home screen based on time slots.
  10. Click the Calendar icon to view Past and Upcoming consultations.

Video Consultation Process

  1. Doctor will initiate the call at consultation time; you will get a notification.
  2. Open the app and click Join. Ensure good network strength.
  3. After consultation, doctor uploads the Case Sheet / Prescription.
  4. Access the prescription via the calendar icon under Doctor Notes.
